Ashland Oasis:
Healing with Nature

Sunday, September 8, 10:30AM - 1:00PM
Santa Monica, CA - Ancestral Tongva Land
with Sylvie Rokab

Connect with healing, wisdom, and joy in an intimate natural refuge

Join us at Ashland Oasis for a transformative gathering designed to melt away the stresses of daily life, promote deep healing, and reconnect us with the joy, wonder, and sacredness of nature. Sylvie Rokab, a seasoned guide at the intersection of mindfulness, heartfulness, Forest Bathing, and storytelling will lead you through a series of enriching activities in both our communal hall and the serene nature therapy gardens.

You’ll participate in meditation, guided nature immersion, and reflective exercises. Sylvie will also offer an inspiring talk on nature-based mindfulness, followed by questions and reflections (Q&R). This is a unique opportunity to join a community of like-hearted individuals, in person, to commune with the land, and rediscover the beauty of belonging together in our natural world.

Please Note: The venue includes several steps and may not be fully accessible to individuals with mobility challenges. We are committed to inclusivity and are happy to assist in any way we can. Please contact us for any special arrangements or further questions.

Rediscover your connection to nature and find healing and inspiration at Ashland Oasis. We can’t wait to welcome you!

Suggested Donation: $50 (minimum $35). Larger donations to support these teachings are gratefully welcomed.

Capacity: To promote intimacy, we are limiting this event to 20 people only. So register now to secure your spot.
