Welcome to the mentoring journey with Sylvie

Through Earth-based mindfulness and heart-centered practices, confusion softens and clarity begins to emerge
By cultivating loving awareness, a calmer and kinder way of being gives rise to a deeper sense of belonging – to self, others, the Earth, and the Sacred
By embracing lighthearted practices and the small wonders of life, we create a nourishing inner-garden for joy to naturally arise—like blossoms from the heart.
In a time of upheaval, we deepen or refine your sense of impact – so your calling, whether emerging or established, feels purposeful and fulfilling
I feel such deep care and delight in working with my mentees. The heart of what I offer is guiding people to access the deepest truths that are already within them—truths that often just need space, presence, and loving attention to emerge. At the same time, I support them in deepening their sense of belonging—within themselves, with others, and with the living world that holds, mirrors, and nurtures us.
What moves me most is witnessing the shifts that unfold—those moments when someone feels calm, grounded, and more alive. I especially love seeing their expression when new clarity and joy arise. From there, they begin trusting their own knowing, making more aligned decisions, and moving toward what’s genuinely calling them. Often, these shifts ripple outward in beautiful ways.
Witnessing and holding space for my mentees’ growth is deeply nourishing to me. It’s a true honor.
Narrated by Liam Neeson, the film Love Thy Nature points to how deeply we’ve lost touch with nature, and takes viewers on a cinematic journey through the beauty and intimacy of our relationship with the natural world. The film reveals how a renewed connection with nature can ignite a sense of meaning and wonder so profound that it touches us at the very core of what it means to be human.
