Mindfulness Teacher & Nature Therapy Guide
Guiding you through this transformative journey is Sylvie Rokab, a seasoned mentor and mindfulness teacher with a wealth of wisdom and experience helping others blossom into the best version of themselves. She combines mindfulness, Indigenous knowledge, forest bathing, wisdom traditions, meditation, and modern science. Sylvie is passionate about supporting people to go beyond the impermanent concerns of daily life to tap into the vastness of existence – with awareness, kindness, playfulness, and a sense of wonder.

All sessions will take place on Thursdays starting at 5pm US Pacific Time, lasting 90 minutes. The first session is on January 30.
Yes! Video and audio recordings will be available for all sessions, usually within three days of each meeting. The audio files will be downloadable, so you can keep them in your library forever.
