As we navigate obstacles, heartbreaks, and the turmoil of our world we can easily feel out of balance or depleted. It’s especially hard when the dominant culture tells us we have to “go it alone” and navigate the complexities of modern life without support.
What if a deeper reservoir of strength, love, and support were already available to you? What if it were as close as the nearest living being or the Earth beneath your feet?
There’s no better time to reconnect with a deeper sense of balance and harmony than the equinox, when day and night are poised in perfect balance.
This Spring Equinox, you are tenderly invited to gather in community — with other beings and with Earth herself — for ritual, movement, silence, good food, wisdom and music. Together, we’ll lay down our burdens for a time and gently open to the sacredness of life and planet. By listening with our full beings, we may discover an unconditional joy that includes, rather than denies, our broken hearts.
Drawing on decades of Earth-based mindfulness, as well as sacred musical traditions carried forward with the permission and blessings of Amazon Indigenous leaders of the Huni Kuin, Yawanawá, and Shanenawa peoples, Sylvie leads this nourishing half-day of balance, heartfelt connection, and regeneration.
Our time together includes:
We warmly welcome you into this shared moment of renewal.

It honors the natural world as breathing, relational, and sacred.
Through gentle, experiential practices, Sylvie supports participants in softening limiting stories of the mind and reconnecting with the beauty and sacredness of being alive – in relationship with self, one another, and the living world.
