Leading this series is Sylvie Rokab, a seasoned mentor and mindfulness teacher devoted to bringing more heartfulness into our world. She combines mindfulness, indigenous knowledge, forest bathing, wisdom traditions, and modern science. Sylvie is passionate about supporting people to go beyond the impermanent concerns of daily life to tap into the vastness of existence – with awareness, kindness, and a sense of wonder.
