The complexity of our daily lives takes us away from spending time outdoors, even if it’s just a visit to a nearby park or beach, let alone a vacation to a wondrous place. The irony is that nature experiences bring us back to balance, health, and clarity of mind and spirit – which are essential to prosper in our digital-urban-hyper-complex world. Nature is indeed our best medicine!
